In this program, you’ll gain the practical skills needed to support end users and collaborate in IT, ERP, and CRM systems, including tools like PC hardware, SAP, and Salesforce.
Our diploma prepares you to become a proficient PC Support Technician, equipping you with knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, networking, hardware, and software.
You will learn to troubleshoot, configure, and resolve issues on both Microsoft Windows and Linux platforms.
The student has an Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent OR is 18 years of age or older on or before the program begins AND can pass a qualifying test (Wonderlic – 19) that has been approved by the Superintendent.
